MyShowBro LLC · Brand Guidelines · Version 1.1 · August 2026
Where Creators Showcase.
The curated streaming network. Everything the brand touches, from the wordmark to a Minecraft server banner, held to one standard: dark, cinematic, cyan. If a decision is not covered here, make the choice that feels like premium television and never like an algorithm. This website is the reference implementation.
The brand lives on black. The signature color is Signal Cyan. Red never appears, in any tint, for any reason. Every other rule bends before these three.
The content is already great. It just deserves a better stage.
MyShowBro is a curated streaming network for daring storytellers. It takes standout work from YouTube, the short films, documentaries, sci-fi, animation, comedy, drama and horror that deserve more than a thumbnail in an algorithmic feed, and presents it like premium television: hero banners, genres, seasons and episodes, more like this. It is also a launchpad for aspiring filmmakers, with roots in original storytelling, dark comedy and puppetry, in continuous use since 2013.
A handpicked, cinematic place to watch indie storytelling without the noise.
Work treated like a show instead of a video. A premiere, not a feed.
Programmed like a channel. Deliberate and curated, never algorithmic.
Where Creators Showcase. It always keeps its period. Montserrat SemiBold, in Signal Cyan or Signal White. It follows the wordmark, never replaces it.
Premium-TV energy, not influencer energy
MyShowBro speaks to filmmakers and viewers who take indie work seriously. The voice is dark, cinematic, confident and a little rebellious. It sells the work, never itself. Curated, never algorithmic: every slot is a decision, so credit the programming, not the machine. The work is the star: the brand stays in the shadows behind it. Cinematic, not breathless: no hype words, no walls of exclamation points, no emoji in network copy.
Tonight on MyShowBro: a sci-fi short that earned its slot.
Season two. Handpicked. No algorithm decided this.
New on the network: dark comedy, fourteen minutes, worth every one.
Your film deserves a premiere, not a feed.
You HAVE to see this INSANE video!!!
The algorithm is going to LOVE this one.
New vid just dropped fam, smash that like button.
Submit ur content for exposure!
Sentence case in prose and UI; full caps only for display lines and labels. Periods, colons and question marks carry the drama. Never em dashes: use a period or a colon. One exclamation point per surface, and only when something truly premieres.
Genres are proper nouns: Dark Comedy, Sci-Fi, Horror, Documentary, Animation, Drama. Say the network, programming, season, episode, premiere. Avoid content, uploads, vids.
The show is in the letters
Two registers. The signature lockup fills the rounded letterforms with cinematic imagery: the show is literally inside the name. It is master artwork, never rebuilt in type, and it belongs on light backplates and hero art. The type lockup is a solid, single-color Montserrat ExtraBold setting for interfaces, small sizes and dark surfaces. Both spell MyShowBro as one word, capital M, S and B.

The signature lockup. Imagery inside the letters may change, one image story per campaign.
Type lockups are one color per use, tracked 0.06em in caps. No gradients inside the letters, no glow on the lockup itself, no two-tone splits. Uppercase MYSHOWBRO is the registered standard character mark and default display setting; mixed case MyShowBro is for navigation, body copy and sentences.
MSB, three letters wide
The monogram carries the brand where the full name cannot fit: profile pictures, Discord servers, game-server icons, favicons, watch-screen bugs. MSB is a mark, never a name: in writing, the brand is always MyShowBro.

Channel avatar. Photo-fill allowed.
Comments. The photo-fill floor.
Discord. Solid monogram only.
Minimum. Below this, a plain cyan dot is the presence marker.
Export avatars at 800 x 800. Photo-fill above 64 px, solid below.
Give the name its room
Clearspace is measured in M: the cap height of the letter M in the lockup being used. Nothing enters the zone: no type, no imagery edges, no UI, no other logos.
Signature lockup 220 px wide. Type lockup 120 px wide. Monogram 24 px.
Signature lockup 2 in wide. Type lockup 1 in wide. Monogram 0.25 in.
Type lockup in Signal White or Signal Cyan, or the signature lockup on a clean backplate. Over imagery, always behind a scrim.
Print partners, invoices, co-branded one-sheets. Carbon type lockup or the signature artwork. Never Signal Cyan type on white: it fails contrast.
Six ways to get it wrong
Each of these is banned. If a layout tempts you toward one, the layout is wrong, not the logo.
Not for the logo, not for anything. See section 08.
No stretching, squashing or skewing. Scale proportionally only.
No strokes or hollow letters.
Never on busy imagery without a scrim behind the lockup.
Never spaced, hyphenated or lowercased. My Show Bro does not exist.
Montserrat or the master art. No other typeface, ever.
Also banned: drop shadows on light backgrounds, gradients inside type-lockup letters, rotating the mark, pairing it with another logo without a divider rule and equal visual weight, and using the photo-fill art directly on black without its backplate.
Cyan against the dark
One signature color on a field of black. Signal Cyan is the light of the network: it marks what is interactive, what is selected, what is alive. If everything is cyan, nothing is. Tap any swatch to copy its hex.
Cyan text sits on Carbon or Void only. Body text is never cyan. Cyan is a signal, not a reading color.
Neon, rationed
Two supporting accents extend the cyberpunk range for gradients, genre coding and data. They never replace Signal Cyan as the voice of the brand.
Glow 100 · 12 px at 45% · small UI focus
Glow 200 · 24 px at 40% · buttons, badges
Glow 300 · 48 px at 35% · hero moments only
Glow attaches to cyan elements only, never to body text, and one glowing element per composition. Gradients never fill body copy or lockup letters.
No red of any tint, tone or transparency appears on any MyShowBro surface: not in logos, UI, thumbnails, banners, charts or error states. Red reads as imitation of the platforms MyShowBro deliberately is not. Even alarm is carried by Signal Magenta. Red is not corrected. It is removed.
Montserrat, the whole cast
One family plays every role: display, headers, body, UI. Weight and tracking do the work a second typeface would. Fallback stack: Montserrat, Helvetica Neue, Arial, sans-serif. No substitutes, no decorative guests.

The all-caps wordmark tracks at 0.06em. Never negative tracking on caps, never tracked-out lowercase, never justified text. Numerals in schedules and episode codes are tabular: S2 E04, 21:00 CT.
The hero banner
The front door of the network. Full-bleed still from the featured work, Carbon scrim from the left, content locked to the lower-left safe area. Scrim covers 8 to 68 percent of the width; text never sits on unscrimmed imagery. One primary action in solid cyan with Glow 200; secondary actions are ghost buttons. Safe area is a 5 percent inset on all sides.
MyShowBro Original
Signal Lost
Programming reads in shelves: row label in header style, posters at 2:3, focus marked by a cyan ring and lift. Genres are curated rows, never recommended for you.
Posters, seasons, episodes
Creator work is framed like television. Every frame is Graphite on Carbon with Steel hairlines; cyan appears only for state. Corner radius is 6 to 8 px across all frames. Hover and focus lift a card 4 percent with a cyan ring and Glow 200. These demos are live: hover them.
Dead Air
14 minNight Broadcast
17 minThe Antenna Field
12 minBadges top-left, one per poster, cyan only. The cyan episode code marks the active episode; watched and unwatched codes stay Slate. Progress is a 3 px cyan bar. Nothing bounces, nothing spins.
Lower thirds and end cards
On-video graphics stay inside the same system: Carbon panels, Montserrat, one cyan signal. They respect the film first; nothing covers a face.
Anchored 5 percent from left, 12 percent from bottom, inside title-safe. Name in ExtraBold caps, role in cyan eyebrow style. Panel is Carbon at 85 percent. Slides in from the left over 250 ms, holds 4 seconds, exits the way it came.
Runs 8 to 12 seconds on Carbon or Void, never over the film's final frame. One next-episode slot, one subscribe action. Credits in Montserrat Regular, Slate, 400 weight.
Discord and the game servers
The community runs on Discord and plays on the MyShowBro game servers: the Minecraft network at play.myshowbro.net and the MyShowBro Rust community server. Gaming surfaces are a secondary stage with the same identity: dark, cyan, no exceptions.
Server icon is the solid MSB monogram. Embed accents, role colors and invite highlights use Signal Cyan. Bot embeds stay on default dark; never theme a channel red.
MOTD accent is aqua, code §b, the closest in-game match to Signal Cyan. Server-list icon is the solid monogram at 64 x 64. In-game builds and holograms: cyan and white on dark blocks.
Header images 512 x 256, wordmark left on a Carbon scrim. Description follows the network voice: short, confident, zero hype. Plugin accents map to Signal Cyan where configurable.
The Minecraft network is premium, online-mode, cross-play Java and Bedrock. Public copy says exactly that: cross-play Java + Bedrock. The words cracked and no premium never appear on any MyShowBro surface, listing or MOTD.
Three brands, three lanes
MyShowBro shares an owner with two sister organizations. They cooperate behind the scenes and stay visually separate in public. Cyan on black belongs to MyShowBro alone.
Curated streaming for daring storytellers. Signal Cyan on Carbon, cyberpunk-cinematic. myshowbro.com
Veteran-owned production and marketing LLC. Amber #E8A33D on near-black. Handles MyShowBro correspondence. mysticmediafilm.com
501(c)(3) digital-media-education nonprofit. CREATOR TERMINAL is a registered mark, Reg. No. 8150809. Follows its own guidelines. creatorterminal.com
Never blend palettes: Mystic amber does not appear on MyShowBro surfaces, and Signal Cyan does not appear on theirs. Co-branding is allowed only in credits and legal footers, set in type, separated by a Steel divider rule, equal weight. MyShowBro never presents itself as a sub-brand. It is the network; Mystic Media is the studio behind the curtain.
The mark on record
MYSHOWBRO is a registered United States trademark. These facts are not styling choices; get them exactly right.
myshowbro.com/contact.The never-red rule applies to every use of the mark by every partner, sponsor and collaborator. A red MYSHOWBRO is a trademark violation of this guide, not a creative choice.
Straight lines, no bounce, everyone included
Every transition on the network is a straight 150 to 250 ms ease-out: hovers, focus lifts, panel slides. Nothing bounces, springs, spins or parallaxes. Lower thirds enter and exit in 250 ms. Autoplaying motion never carries sound.
Every animation honors prefers-reduced-motion: lifts and slides collapse to instant state changes, and nothing loops. Progress bars and live badges remain static indicators.
Signal White on Carbon is the reading pair. Cyan is interactive-only: never body text, never on white. Slate text is metadata-only, never paragraphs. Text over imagery always sits on a scrim.
Keyboard focus is a 2 px Signal Cyan ring with a 2 px offset on every interactive element, the same ring sighted users see on card hover. Focus is never removed, only styled.
The bible, wired into the code
myshowbro.com implements this guide through CSS custom properties in globals.css. Use the variables, never hardcoded hex, so the site and this book can never drift apart. Tap a row to copy the variable.

13 / Social Templates
Social surfaces are the network's marquee. Same rules, tighter crops: dark frames, one cyan signal, titles that read at thumbnail size.
Current channel art, 2560 x 1440. The wordmark and schedule line must live inside the 1546 x 423 safe area; everything outside is cropped on TV and mobile. Legacy art sets the schedule line in mixed blues; new exports set it in Signal Cyan on Carbon, or Carbon text on light art.
Thumbnails, 1280 x 720
Four words maximum, one cyan word maximum. Monogram bug bottom-right. No arrows, no shocked faces, no circles, and never red.
Instagram
Posts keep an 8 percent Carbon frame at 1080 square. Stories keep the top 12 and bottom 17 percent clear of copy for the app's own UI.
